Econovex B174 74" Landscape Insert Electric Fire | App Control | Media Wall & Chimney Breast

The Econovex B174 is a 74" landscape insert fire designed to sit flush in a media wall, chimney breast or floating cabinet. A wide 1788mm flame picture with a realistic log and crystal ember bed, 13 flame colours, 13 fuel-bed colours and a 3-colour top light let you set the mood, with or without heat. It's an ideal match for a 65" to 75" TV mounted above.

Three ways to install it

• Chimney breast or false wall: build a simple frame from 3x2 timber studwork, board it with plasterboard and leave a recess for the fire. The fire slides in and the trim covers the cut edges for a clean, built-in finish.
• Floating media wall cabinet: we make floating cabinets and TV panels to measure, in any colour from the EGGER MFC range, with the recess cut on our CNC machine to fit this fire exactly. See the bespoke cabinet & TV panel.
• Installed for you: ask us about installation. Message us on WhatsApp with a photo of your wall.

Running costs

At the October 2026 Ofgem price cap of 26.32p per kWh, the heater costs about 39p an hour on 1500W and about 20p an hour on 750W. The flame effect on its own uses far less.
